J. Larry Jameson

J. Larry Jameson is an American physician-scientist and academic administrator serving as the interim president of the University of Pennsylvania since December 2023. He has served as the dean of the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania since 2011. He is the Robert G. Dunlop professor of medicine and an executive vice president of the University of Pennsylvania Health System.

Jameson earned a BS in Chemistry in 1976 from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He also earned both an MD and a PhD in biochemistry from Chapel Hill in 1981. Provided by Wikipedia
